We’re pleased to share that one of our latest projects has broken ground: a retail and office building in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. Part of an eight-acre mixed-use development, to be unveiled as Clayfield Commons, this project has been developed in close collaboration with fellow architects and landscape designers, with a focus on creating spaces that celebrate and showcase Niagara’s entrepreneurs and businesses. The development sets out to fulfill Niagara-on-the-Lake’s vision for sustainable growth and community-focused urban planning, for which our expertise in sustainable and place-based design made us an ideal match for this project.
