The conversion of the Loretto Abbey Day School into a condominium provided our client the opportunity to convert several 5th floor dormitory rooms into a two-storey residence with the upper-level sunroom opening onto a sweeping rooftop terrace that overlooks the western Toronto skyline. The tops of the tree canopy give the impression of looking over a pasture. Natural daylight pours into the interior through the sunroom stairwell, rooftop skylights and huge double-hung windows throughout the apartment.
