This stately neo-Georgian style house was originally constructed in the mid-1990s to Ontario Building Code standards of the time. Fast forward to 2014, and the original envelope needed a major upgrade to combat air leakage and minimal insulation issues. Simultaneously, the owners decided to fully renovate the interior and open the house to the rear yard.
